360 Group Rides

		For all riders, a signed waiver must be on file. *Thank you for your cooperation!* SATURDAY'S GROUP RIDE Saturday, February 4th, Spin class @ 8:00 am spin class. 10:00 am outdoor ride leaving from the store. One group averaging 17 - 20 mph. *Parking for the Saturday Rides:* Please do not park on the north side of the building, in front of the Owasso Beauty College or in front of the Card Shop on Main Street. Please leave the four spaces in front of the Card Shop open. You are welcome to park in front of our shop and across the street in the open lot. Thank you for your cooperation! Tuesday and Thursday Group Rides *Our rides are over for the season but check out our spin class schedule! A great option to help you keep riding your bike all winter!*

		There will be three riding groups this year: The Break-away Group: This group is for the advance/experienced rider. Riders in this group are training for competitive road-racing, centuries, and half to full triathlons. Dropping of riders will occur. You must be able to change your own tires and do bike maintenance on the road. Average Speed: 18 to 25 mph. The Peloton Group: This group is for the intermediate rider. Dropping of riders may occur. You should be able to change your own tires and do bike maintenance on the road. Average Speed: 15 to 18 mph The Sag Wagon Group: This group will be for the beginner rider. No riders will be dropped. Average Speed: 13+ *Distance will vary for each group weekly.*
